Message from Matheus Siagian, The Pioneer Restaurateur in Labuan Bajo
Green Cherry began as a small, chaotic restaurant where I literally slept in the storage room in 2011. Family owned. That little warung of mine grew into what it is today, partnered with an Italian family from Bali who cook with the same rule we always believed in: Never serve food you wouldn’t give your own children.
We kept our soul and added real Italy—handmade pasta, pizza, gnocchi, ravioli, and bold desserts—guided by love, instinct, and satisfaction over show.
Located right in the center of Labuan Bajo with the harbor in front of us, using mostly local ingredients and our signature Sei Sapi smoked beef, Green Cherry is a restaurant built from family, memory, and laughter. Let us feed you with love.
